Happy New Year

I can hardly believe another year has come and gone. Where does the time go? My new year didn't start out so great this year, I woke up with the flu. It was 5 days of hell (sorry, but there's no other way to put it). I'm still not 100% but definately feeling better. It took every ounce of energy I had though. My advice: if you haven't taken the flu shot go to the nearest drugstore and get one asap. I'm not even kidding. I will be the first one in line for one next year. Enough whining. We were in Bertie for a week after the holidays. Jeremy enjoyed being able to hunt every day. I enjoyed it too, other than being sick; however I am happy to be home for a while now. I was getting tired of the whole packing/unpacking routine. Addison is enjoying getting back to a more normal routine too. She was so ready to go back to preschool. We put in an offer on a house in Frisco. We are still waiting to hear something. I'm trying not to get my hopes up though. Please pray that all goes well. We really want this house. We are in desperate need of something bigger. We have long outgrown our current rental house. I will update everyone as soon as we hear something. Happy New Year!
