Update

On the 9th I was scheduled for my regular 30 week OB appointment. Expecting the usual 10 minute visit, complete with a quick listen with the doppler and a measurement of my belly, I was surprised when the doctor said you are measuring a little small. He told me not to worry (yeah right), but he wanted me to come back in the following Tuesday for an ultrasound. Thankfully, Jeremy was fishing The Big Rock tournament and happened to take a lay day the day of my appointment and was able to go. As soon as the doctor started the ultrasound he said, "well I know why you are measuring small now, your baby is frank breech". "And he is facing your spine". He explained what that meant and that he wasn't too concerned because the baby could still turn and that they would check again at 36 weeks. Oh, and during the ultrasound he says, "how sure were they that this was a boy at the last ultrasound?", immediately my heart sank. He continues looking and then says, "oh, here it is.. I'm pretty sure it's a boy". I'm still praying that they are right. We are also praying that this little boy decides to turn around or we will be scheduling a c-section this time. Only time will tell. I can't believe that I am almost 32 weeks now and have less than 8 weeks to go. I still have so much left to do. I'm embarrassed to say that the nursery still isn't done and I have a pile of baby clothes waiting patiently to be washed, folded, and put away. There just isn't enough time in a day. I vow to break out the hot glue gun and the hammer tomorrow and get something accomplished in there. Hopefully I will be able to post pics soon of my finished nursery.
